SHIPBOARD EMPLOYMENT

Would you like to work and live on a cruise ship?

The applicants must fulfill below requirements if they would like to begin a process for employment on a cruise ship:

 

• Age 21-35 years

• Fluency in English language. Crew that can speak and understand additional languages may be a requisite of some cruise lines or some positions on board

• Related working experience

• Be customer oriented, flexible, polite and able to work in dynamic environment 

 

• The length of the contract for employment depends on the position and the 

• company. Usually it lasts from 4-10 months.

• Working hours on board depend on the schedule and are 10-12 hours per day,7 days per week.

• After the completion of the contract the employees get vacation (4-10 weeks).

• Ship employees receive free food, uniforms and accommodation in cabins.

Our services consist of:

• Screening candidates for their professional knowledge, experience, competence, skills, abilities, qualifications;

• Do psychological and other specific tests if required by the ship company

• Check the recommendations

• Organize interview for employment with the ship company with all necessary logistics

• Process the candidates (providing assistance in filling all necessary joining documents)

• Organizing medical examination at authorized health center

• Organizing travel (provide assistance in filling documents for visa, airline tickets, providing arrival info, local port agents coordination, etc),

• Providing assistance and support for our applicants 2
