English Teachers in China

Many new positions are available throughout China, typically teaching in China will take place at
Public or Private schools, international schools, colleges and Universities or language schools.

Placing English teachers in different cities and Mandarin-speaking province throughout China,
including but not limited to:

Teachers will provide student-centered English instruction in an effort to improve students’ English
ability
Teachers must meet the following requirements to teach in China:
Must be 21 years or above
Bachelor’s degree
Must be an advanced/fluent English speaker
Two years related work experience
TEFL or TESOL certificate is required
No Chinese language ability required
Be willing to accept the placement across China
Benefits
The benefits of an English teacher in China include:
Monthly salary from ¥8,000 –¥15,000 (€ 1075 - € 2015)

Day Orientation and training
Orientation in Shanghai or Chengdu
Participants will be picked up at the airport and they will participate in an orientation upon arrival.
The orientation will cover program rules, safety advice, health, sightseeing, teaching skills, mandarin lessons, and a Chinese culture course to enhance the participant’s experience. All participants will stay at a hotel, hostel or home stay during the orientation in Shanghai or Chengdu. There are two or four beds per room.
Schedule
Day 1: Pick up participants at Shanghai / Chengdu airport, settle down, showing around
Day 2: 09:00-12:00 Introduction Course, Mandarin Lessons
14:00-17:00 Sightseeing: Shanghai (People’s Square, the Bund, Lu Jia Zui)
Chengdu (Tianfu Square, Width alley)
Day 3: 09:00-12:00 Mandarin Lessons
14:00-17:00 Sightseeing: Shanghai(Cheng Huang Temple, Xu Jia Hui)
Chengdu (Sichuan Museum, the people’s park)
Day 4: 09:00-10:00 Chinese Culture Course
10:00 Go to school
Application Process
Application form with application’s resume
Skype Interview, Pay registration fee €100 upon acceptance
Matching and Skype interview by School, we will provide applicants another 2 interview
opportunities if they failed the first time.
Pay the program fee after Signing Job offer contract, apply for working visa (Z visa) and book
the flight.
Most schools will send an invitation letter to apply for a Working Z visa, the visa fees are the
responsibility of the applicant. We could not control the visa process and could not
guarantee the visa application would be accepted.

FEES
Registration fee €100 will be paid by the applicant once their application has been approved. The
program fee will be paid after the working visa will be issued and before participant’s arrival in
China.
